As the weather changes and we enter fall it is more important than ever to stay active. Sickness (whether physical or mental) can creep in quickly once the days get shorter and it gets colder outside. That is one of the reasons fitness is so important. Vitamin D from the sun, even when covered on the cloudy, overcast days (remember still getting a sunburn in the summer on a cloudy day?), is also important to stave off sickness.
