Group classes aren’t your thing? Not to worry! We’re also pleased to offer personal training, working one-on-one with you to plan and implement a fitness program. You’ll receive individualized attention and support to help you reach your goals. And monthly personal training members can also join group classes at no additional cost – so when and if you decide you might be ready for some shared suffering as well, we’ve got everything you’re looking for. Let’s get you started!
