OUR APPROACH

 

We train primarily outdoors (in all weather conditions!) with minimal equipment, using movements that build and maintain strength for your daily, real-life activities.


Our workouts are varied, and you choose your intensity level. Examples may include running, air squats, jumping rope, sit-ups, push-ups, kettle bell swings, etc.


All workouts are explained and demonstrated in advance, and constructive feedback is given throughout the workout to ensure adherence to standards.
